Manchester United players 'unhappy with Axel Tuanzebe being named captain'

English online media daily mail have reveled that some Manchester United's players are reportedly unhappy with coach "Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's decision to make their team mate "Axel Tuanzebe" captain for their EFL Cup tie against Rochdale.

The young central defender who is just 21-year-old was the youngest players on the pitch and making just his 11th start for the club. He was handed the armband for the penalty shootout win following a 1-1 draw.
Paul Pogba, who is five years older and has previously captained United, played on the day but was snubbed in favour of the youngster, a decision that has not gone down well with many in the dressing room, according to the Daily Mail.
However, it is thought the Norwegian's decision was partly down to the fact that Tuanzebe had spent his childhood in Rochdale, having moved there at an early age from DR Congo.
Additionally, Tuanzebe, who spent last season on loan with Aston Villa in the Championship, had captained United at every age group before being handed the armband on Wednesday night.
