Marseille Continues Their Poor Performance Losing To Amiens

French Ligue 1 club "Marseille" continues their poor running towards the tittle race this season. They lost their game yesterday night to their league rival Amiens, losing 3-1 to the host team. Marseille have played their four matches without a win.
Haitam Aleesami's early strike, Serhou Guirassy's 41st-minute penalty and a stoppage time counter-attack finished off by John Mendoza condemned the visiting team to a fourth league match defeat despite "Dario Benedetto" scoring for Marseille midway through the first half with a superb fifth goal of the season.
Marseille loss comes after three straight draws which drops Marseille down to sixth position on the league table, with 13 points, five behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain and three from second-placed Angers ahead of the pair's top-of-the-table clash at the Parc des Princes on Saturday afternoon.
While Amiens now on the 11th place after their third win of the season. Their next game will be an away game to Nice on the 19th October.
Marseiller will play host to strasbourg on 20th October.
